How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed depending on availability and product. Items in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours. For our custom products which are made to order, shipment takes 1-2 weeks.
I want my accessories to match the color and theme of my event. How do I place a custom order?
Customizations are what we do best at Creative Touch! My event is coming up soon! Is there a way to expedite a custom order?
Our custom orders usually take 1-2 weeks for shipment. In the case where an event is fast approaching, we will be happy to make your expedited order if all the materials are in stock and available. Please contact us either by e-mail or phone to make sure we can deliver on time.

Where do your products ship from?
All our products are shipped from our showroom in Glendale, California.
If I place an order online, can I pick it up from your showroom if I live nearby?

Wedding Accessories, Baby and Custom Orders
At Creative Touch, each piece is delicately handmade for every order. From hand-dyed silks to custom made Creative Touch Swarovski crystal brooches, slight variations in the materials and designs are to be expected and add to the custom nature of all of Creative Touch’s signature products. Please note that due to the hand-made nature of our products, no two pieces are ever alike, ensuring the customer that their purchases are always one-of-a-kind. Since each item is individually created for the customer once an order is made, there are no returns or exchanges and all sales are deemed final. Please take time to review your order before purchase.
Due to the intimate nature of the product, all panties are final sale and exchanges are only available for bras to ensure the customer gets the perfect fit. Most of Creative Touch’s in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering unless the item may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. Should any other unexpected delay occur, you will be informed within 10 days of placing your order. Please note that custom orders take 1-2 weeks for shipment. Creative Touch does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays and expedited orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery will be made by your local postal service or via UPS, depending upon your order. We will contact you with any order changes in the case where an item is unavailable for export.
