How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed depending on availability and product. Items in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours. For our custom products which are made to order, shipment takes 1-2 weeks.

I want my accessories to match the color and theme of my event. How do I place a custom order?

Customizations are what we do best at Creative Touch! To ensure that we keep this process alive in our online store, we created the Personal Shopper feature to help not only brides but any of our online customers to get the exact details they need to complete their event. Just head over to the page and fill out the form and we’ll make sure to respond to your request in a timely manner!

My event is coming up soon! Is there a way to expedite a custom order?

Our custom orders usually take 1-2 weeks for shipment. In the case where an event is fast approaching, we will be happy to make your expedited order if all the materials are in stock and available. Please contact us either by e-mail or phone to make sure we can deliver on time.

Do you ship international orders?

Yes! CreativeTouchDecor.com ships internationally. Please take a look at our international shipping rates or feel free to contact us by e-mail if you have any questions.

Where do your products ship from?

All our products are shipped from our showroom in Glendale, California.

If I place an order online, can I pick it up from your showroom if I live nearby?

Of course! Just make sure to call us to set an appointment.

We want to see your products in person. Do you have any other locations?

Our showroom is located in Glendale, California and is available by appointment only. Shoot us an e-mail or call us and we would be happy to set an appointment for you! We also have a Pop-Up shop at the Bridal Bar in West Hollywood with select items available for sale as well. Check out our Contact page for more information.
