At Creative Touch, we stand behind the quality of our products. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before shipment, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please take a look at our Return and Exchange policy and feel free to contact us.
RETURN POLICY
Wedding Accessories, Baby and Custom Orders
At Creative Touch, each piece is delicately handmade for every order. From hand-dyed silks to custom made Creative Touch Swarovski crystal brooches, slight variations in the materials and designs are to be expected and add to the custom nature of all of Creative Touch’s signature products. Please note that due to the hand-made nature of our products, no two pieces are ever alike, ensuring the customer that their purchases are always one-of-a-kind. Since each item is individually created for the customer once an order is made, there are no returns or exchanges and all sales are deemed final. Please take time to review your order before purchase.
Lingerie and Honeymoon Attire
We want you to be completely satisfied with anything you buy from Creative Touch, especially our beautiful lingerie! Although we do not offer refunds, we do instead offer exchanges or returns for credit in our lingerie and honeymoon attire.
To be eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit, please follow the following guidelines:
- Each garment is carefully inspected by our staff to ensure quality control before it is shipped. When trying on the garment for fit, please keep in mind that jewelry, body creams and perfumes can soil or damage the garment and make it unfit for a return or exchange.
- Merchandise must be returned to us in their original condition. Labels must be intact and the garment unworn, unwashed and must be in its original packaging.
- Briefs and thongs must be tried on over your own underwear.
- Garments must be packaged delicately. Creative Touch reserves the right to refuse any package that is poorly packaged or damaged and hence rendered unmerchantable.
- Exchanges must be made within 10 days from the time you receive your package.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items where it is apparent the following guidelines have not been followed. We do offer many services to help answer any questions you may have about some of our most delicate products. To better assist you in finding the perfect match or fit, or if you have questions about a certain item, you can always ask us by clicking on the “Inquire” tab on the product page or by sending us an e-mail through our personal shopper feature.
Home Décor
Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before shipment. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us within 5 days of delivery; we will accept returns for store credit or exchange within 10 days of delivery. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Exchanges or store credits will be issued for the item purchase price only. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees may apply. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.
Customers outside the United States
For international orders, returns must be received by Creative Touch within 20 days of the date you received your order. This allows up to 10 days for postage. Please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. While posting your item make note to send your return by a traceable method and mark the package “Returned Goods” to avoid customs delays. Please retain your shipping document in case the package should be lost.
Taxes & Import Duty
Overseas orders may be subject to further taxes or import duties which are beyond our control and will vary according to country. These are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please visit USPS and UPS for more information.
Sale Items Return Policy
Returns or exchanges are not applicable to sale items.
FOR EXCHANGE:
We recommend you ship all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to exchange shipping are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged when received.
In order to exchange an item please contact us to indicate which item you are returning and what you would like to exchange it for.
