Here are some of the latest pictures from the Oscar De La Renta Bridal Show 2013!  There were endless amounts of “something blue” featured throughout the collection, along with great inspiration for chic hair, make-up and bridal accessories.  From pearls to lace, we loved the elegant cover-ups featured in the show (Our favorite is the one with the furr!).  And talk about gorgeous veils! Simple while at the same time detailed, we always love a simple veil which features enough detail while at the same time allowing the bride and dress to take center stage! Here are a few pictures that caught our eye!

Here’s a look at one of our custom creations for a delicate, silver, whimsical wedding. With rolls of delicate tulle tied together with the most luxurious of silks, a custom Creative Touch swarovski crystal brooch placed off kilter in subtle lace flowers adds a delicate and unexpected touch to the featured Creative Touch ring pillow and guestbook. With enough sparkle to catch the light but without all the fuss, our wedding accessories added just the right amount of romance to this silver and crystal inspired wedding. The perfect keepsake for one of life’s most special days..~

It’s time for some bridal shower gift inspiration! Which bride wouldn’t love some luxurious lingerie in some equally stunning packaging?! We’ve always been fans of those who like to mix up the traditional and add a bit of funk and flair to their weddings.  Therefore, when we came across this fashion editorial we knew we should share for some fashion-forward bridesmaid dress inspiration! Our favorite is the shot of the girls in blue dresses with various designs and prints. Sooo chic for a summer wedding!!

I must say, we’ve been very lucky to have some of the sweetest and most beautiful brides step into our boutique! When we first met Sophie and Robert, they were in the final stretches of planning a fabulous and elegant black and white themed affair for their wedding. In search of the last and “most important” (hehe) details to finish off their vision, they came to us to create some custom pieces which included a sparkling ring pillow, flower girls baskets, candles, garter and money box.  I must admit, this was one gorgeous bride and wedding! A big shout out to Golden Picture  for allowing us to use these amazing shots!! We can’t wait to show some detail shots in one of our next posts.. but until then, enjoy!

And of course the garter toss! Remember, we always give an extra garter for this moment so that the bride can keep her custom garter as a keepsake. While walking the streets of Paris, we couldn’t help to shop and take a few snap shots from one of our favorite chocolate spots Jadis et Gourmande! Here are some delightful and unexpected Easter inspired chocolate creations! We’ll definitely be posting more of our favorite creations from Jadis in our upcoming posts.
